Tushar Sabharwal

Tushar was called to the bar in 2017 and since then has practiced in the area of Civil Litigation.

 

His practice encompasses a number of areas including construction litigation, real estate litigation (including mortgage enforcement), estate litigation and employment litigation. In terms of construction litigation, Tushar has represented and advised all players in the construction pyramid, including owners, general contractors, subtrades and suppliers.

 

In his spare time, Tushar enjoys spending time with his family and friends and especially his partner, Meghan and their dog, Senna.
